Preparation for QHHT

How do I prepare?

  1. Let go and TRUST. Trust yourself, trust the process, trust the first thing that comes to mind! Trust that you are having exactly the experience that your High Self has intended for you to have, without judgment.

  2. Your cooperation is essential! I'm guiding the process and keeping you on track with reminders to trust. You'll occasionally notice some back talk from your conscious mind. This is normal and it is a gift! You are learning how to get knowledge and wisdom from your Higher Self with your conscious mind present at times, so that when you leave the session, you will have a better understanding of integrating both.

  3. Let go of all expectations for this session. Your High Self knows exactly what you need, and your experience will be unique. All the work happens between you and your High Self. As a guide, I help facilitate the best conditions possible for your maximum healing. 

On the day of your session, bring to your appointment a list of questions that you want answered by your High Self. 10-15 questions (or fewer) is ideal. While you can ask any questions, they usually fit into the following categories:

  1. When I ask you to describe something, trust and say the first thing that comes to mind.
  2. When I ask you to see something, see it in as much detail as you can.
  3. Talk, talk, talk! Tell me what you see. As you describe it, even more will become clear to you/open up.

Before your Appointment

Mentally/Spiritually

Clear your mind.  Meditate, a walk, soothing music, or what works for you.

Bring warm socks if you wish.

Fluid

The night before & the day of your session don’t drink alcohol or caffeine. If you're a regular coffee drinker, one cup in the morning is just fine.

Food

Eat a healthy, light meal before you come in. Our session could go 6 hours or longer, so bring a snack for the trip home.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Your intention to having a great session is key! Once you have made the decision to have a QHHT session, already your High Self is preparing and getting ready to have a wonderful conversation with you.

  • We begin by talking about why you want a session, and about you. This could take 2-3 hours.

  • When you tell me about your life, your High Self is helping you to remember what is important to say. Getting to know you better will help me to support your hypnosis experience.

  • Once we've reviewed questions you want to ask your High Self, we'll take a quick restroom break and transition into hypnosis, where I will guide you into a deeply relaxed state.

  • Your session will be audio-recorded. You will listen to this later for reprogramming, repatterning.

  • Your session is a private session and completely confidential. You may share your recording or any memories or thoughts with others as you wish.

  • We’ll talk about how easy it is allow yourself to be guided by me into this peaceful, relaxed state. 

  • You will be guided to 1-3 experiences. Your High Self picks which ones to show you so that you can best understand and answer the questions you have. Once we are finished looking at your experiences we will bring forth your High Self. This is where amazing, deep insight and healing occur. Your High Self and I will go through your list of questions.

  • I give PURE QHHT sessions just as Dolores Cannon created, who perfected her Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique through 45+ years of practice and study.

  • There are no guarantees with hypnosis, so your intention to be open-minded, curious, and trust the process we take is essential. I will guide and support you, and hold a safe, sacred space for you to explore. But you have to go along willingly.

  • Remember, anyone can do hypnosis. It is, simply put, trusting the very first thing that comes to mind, and letting it take you on an adventure.

The Silver Lining of being Conscious during your session

Dolore Cannon frequently mentions in her books how her clients don't remember anything about their hypnosis once they are brought out. This was common in the 1980s, up until around 2010. Even in her training for us, Dolores spoke of a shift that happened where the conscious mind was becoming active during hypnosis. 15 years later, we have seen what a gift this is, that 99% of clients remember, or are conscious during their sessions. Some people have erroneously believed that this means the session has failed, but that is far from the truth. In fact, the awareness of your session is an enormous aid. During your session, you have the opportunity to explore your conscious mind and higher consciousness relationship to one another. The ultimate goal is that you are empowered to live the best version of yourself through direct communication with Higher Consciousness, so what better way to get acquainted than to be aware as this powerful information is coming through?

Post QHHT Session

After a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session, working with the messages received involves integrating the insights gained from accessing your subconscious or higher self into your daily life by reflecting on the messages, setting intentions based on them, and practicing self-care to support healing.  
  • Reflect and Journal: After the session, take time to reflect on the messages and insights you received. Write down your thoughts, feelings, and any questions that arise.

  • Identify Key Themes: Look for recurring themes or patterns in the messages. What core issues or areas of your life are being highlighted?

  • Set Intentions: Based on the messages, set intentions for your future. What actions or changes do you want to make to support your healing and growth? These were likely to have been addressed during the session, so be sure to integrate what your High Self said!

  • Practice Self-Care: Remember to prioritize your well-being. Engage in activities that nurture your body, mind, and spirit.

  • Be Patient and Kind: Allow yourself time to process the information and make adjustments. Be patient with yourself and practice self-compassion throughout this journey.

  • Seek Support: If you find the process overwhelming or have questions, consider seeking guidance from your QHHT practitioner or a trusted therapist.
